Q – How will I know which size to order? And how will I measure myself and select the size for the BERTA evening dress I want to order?
A – You can find our size chart here. Use a measuring tape and choose your size based on the measurements mentioned on our size chart. If you fall in between two sizes – 40 and 42 for example, we recommend you then order the bigger size of the two – 42.
Q – What if I my measurements are bigger/smaller than those in the size chart?
A – Not to worry, just email us at [email protected] letting us know your measurements and our team will find a solution and will advise you on how to proceed further.
Q – What if the dress doesn’t fit or I don’t like it and I need to return it?
A – We do our best to make sure your dress will fit you perfectly but in case you still wish to return it, you’ll need to email us at [email protected] letting us know you are sending the dress back and the reason for the return.
Please note that you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Q – How do I send my dress back in case of return? Will this be on my expense?
A – Our team will provide you with a shipping label for the return shipment.
Q – What is the delivery time frame?
A – For evening dresses the standard delivery time is 14 weeks, for veils up to 4 weeks, for belts up to 7 working days.

Q – What if I need my item earlier than the standard delivery time?
A – In case you need your item to be delivered earlier than the standard delivery time, please email us at [email protected] and we will check what can be done.
