Shipping Policy

Order processing: 
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and confirmation received. While some items are stock items, some are made to order and have varied production and lead times for delivery. Our standard production and lead times are detailed below. 

Standard product lead times: 

Inventory items (robes, belts) will be shipped up to 48 hours upon receiving your order confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Veils – require up to 4 weeks production time. Upon shipping you will receive a notification with your tracking number via email. 

Shipping Policy & Time frames – International: 
Shipping times are referring to the time it takes your package to reach you once dispatched. Those do NOT include and are on top of orders processing or production times. 

USA: Up to 6 business days

Western Europe: Up to 6 business days

Eastern Europe: Up to 6 business days

Australia: Up to 8 business days 

Asia: Up to 7 business days

Rest of the world: Average of 7 business days

*Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance/duties, or any other delay that is out of the brand’s control.

*Estimated delivery times are as provided to BERTA by the freight company. BERTA can not be held liable for any delay in delivery.

*The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Your orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; BERTA has no control over these charges, nor can BERTA predict what they may be.
*Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

*We do not guarantee arrival dates for International packages due to many factors out of our control including, but not limited to, weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, and/or delays on the courier’s end. BERTA is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

What we can certainly guarantee is that we will of course be of assistance for any help you may need and will act in the best of our ability to help you with anything you may need!
