Sofia Herrera

Uruguay and Atletico Madrid captain, Diego Godin, married Sofia Herrera in a star-studded ceremony in Montevideo, Uruguay. The affair brought out Atletico Madrid stars and other national team members such as Antoine Griezmann, Koke, Juanfran, Santiago Arias, Jose Maria Gimenez and the president of his club, Enrique Cerezo. We are honored to have Sofia as a BERTA bride and are in love with the couple more and more.

Sofia wore the beautiful BERTA style 18-12 from our S/S 2018 collection. A very romantic style with a plunging neckline and full tulle skirt. Layers and layers of tulle fabric and the most beautiful lace detailing all throughout. It’s the perfect silhouette for Sofia and she looked like a true BERTA queen in it!

Malissa Barbagianis

Newlyweds Malissa Pistillo and Kyriakos Barbagianis have quite the interesting story which no doubt makes you fall even more in love with them. The beautiful couple was introduced through Malissas’ cousins and started their romance thru long distance that eventually led to the true moment. After three years of Malissa living in Barcelona, Spain and Kyriakos in New York it was time to connect forever.

Their spectacular Greek wedding in Montauk, New York was the most perfect location to witness such love and romance. Malissa wore the gorgeous BERTA style 17-114 from the F/W 2017 collection. The cherry blossom theme of her wedding coordinated so well with the 3D floral appliques all over her dress. A tightly fitted gown with layers of fabrics, hints of that famous BERTA sparkle, and a dramatic open skirt. Perfect for those wedding photos!

The gorgeous couple was also mentioned and featured on the prestigious Grace Ormonde Wedding Style magazine. We just can’t help to fall in love with them!

BERTA Los Angeles Showcase

The US debut of the 2019 Athens collection at our LA retailer, Lovella Bridal, was a major success! The weekend long event kicked off with a BERTA showcase where the Athens collection was displayed on models for future BERTA brides. Witnessing all the intricate details in each gown. Straight off the NY runway and into Lovella Bridal – brides to be witnessed this bridal collection up close with the help of our lovely stylists.

Following the fun in store event, the weekend trunk show was the perfect chance for BERTA bride to be’s to try and understand the reason why all of our brides fall in love. The entire 2019 Athens collection was presented in store making its US debut!

BERTA Sydney Showcase at Brides by Francesca

The beautiful venue of Doltone House in Pyrmont held the BERTA runway show curated by our Sydney retailer, Brides by Francesca. It was a fantastic event that brought out future BERTA brides to witness the collection up close and personal. Featuring a live Cuban band and dance ensemble the Cuba vibe was felt all throughout the venue. The S/S 2019 BERTA collection is warm, sultry, and romantic, this event truly highlighted the effervescence of it all.

After the beautiful BERTA showcase event Brides by Francesca held a trunk show weekend for the entire Spring/Summer 2019 collection. This was truly the perfect chance for brides to try on all the different styles in the collection and pick their perfect BERTA dress of their dreams!

A BERTA bride wedding of dreams at the Four Season Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. All the glitz and glamour in the fabulous and luxurious city of Dubai for this very special wedding. We are in love with all the extravagant details and this BERTA bride looked beyond perfect!

Stunning real BERTA bride Liza Dreval wore style # 18-110 from the Seville collection. A completely glistening gown with a sparkly fabric detail that can be seen from every angle. She looked like a true vision on her wedding day! With the help of our Moscow retailer, Christi Wedding, Liza was at ease during the process.

Their wedding day was shared all across social media and was a true standout on the BERTA page with an increasing amount of more than 1 million views! This was truly the wedding of the century.
